We hope you can join us for Sea Shepherd Cleveland's final beach cleanup of the season. The cleanup will start at approximately 1:15 (after everyone has signed in), and end around 4 pm. Immediately following, we will have a vegan potluck at the Sims Beach pavilion, along with a campfire on the beach, and then wrap things up around 6 pm.
Sims Park is located north of State Route 283 (Lakeshore Boulevard), with the main drive just west of East 232nd Street. We will meet in the circular parking lot to the left of the Henn Mansion at approximately 1 pm. Buckets and gloves will be available, although we do encourage everyone to bring their own if possible.
As always, children are welcome, and the park has a playground, along with public restrooms. **Please leave canine companions at home, however, as they are not permitted at the park or on the beach.**
Finally, please be sure any food item you bring is 100% vegan (no animal products, including dairy, fish, eggs, or honey). If you have questions about ingredients, please message the event host.
